Hi, I’m Raynardia “iPinkie” Campbell.

Founder of FDR™ – From Di Roots Education, Licensed Cosmetologist, Certified Loctician, Educator, and Founder of iPinkie Surgeries®.

For over a decade, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people build healthy hair through education, patience, and hands-on experience. Throughout my journey, I’ve learned that teaching someone why a technique works is just as valuable as teaching them how to perform it.

That belief became the foundation of FDR.


My Mission

FDR was created to help students develop confidence, strong fundamentals, and professional habits that will serve them throughout their beauty careers.

Whether you’re learning your very first braid, perfecting a retwist, or beginning your journey toward becoming a professional loctician, my goal is to create a supportive environment where you can learn at your own pace.

Back-to-School Success Initiative

Children Are Our Future Initiative

The Back-to-School Success Initiative is a faith-based community giveback event dedicated to helping children begin the new school year with confidence, encouragement, and the resources they need to succeed.

Volunteer barbers, hairstylists, community partners, and supporters come together to provide FREE haircuts, hairstyles, school supplies (while supplies last), community resources, and encouragement for children ages 5–15 throughout the Orlando community.

Our mission is simple:

Time: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Location: K Ave. Barbershop

1019 W. Colonial Dr.

Orlando, FL 32804

Registration Information

Registration opens July 20, 2026 for children ages 5–15.

Families interested in receiving free services are encouraged to complete the registration form before the event. Registering early helps our volunteer team prepare and allows us to serve as many children as possible.

Please Note:

  • Registration does not guarantee selection or services.
  • Space is limited and registrations will close once capacity has been reached.
  • Selected families will receive a confirmation email with additional event details.
  • Children receiving hairstyles are encouraged to arrive with clean, shampooed, and detangled hair to help our volunteers serve more children efficiently.
  • Haircuts and hairstyles are provided by licensed volunteer professionals and are offered free of charge.
