Our inaugural Children Are Our Future Initiative community giveback brought volunteers and community supporters together to provide complimentary hair services and support to children and families in the Orlando community.

Back-to-School Giveback

Beyond Hair: Supporting the Whole Child 💗
Our Back-to-School Giveback went beyond complimentary hair services. Through the generosity of our volunteers, donors, and community supporters, children and families also received backpacks, school supplies, food and refreshments, clothing, and more than 20 pairs of donated sneakers.
Families were able to select available clothing and shoes for their children while supplies lasted, helping them prepare for the new school year with more than a fresh hairstyle but with additional resources, confidence, and support.
Every haircut, hairstyle, backpack, school supply, meal, outfit, pair of shoes, donation, and helping hand contributed to one mission: showing our children that their community sees them, supports them, and believes in their future.

In just two community givebacks, Children Are Our Future Initiative has served 24 children and provided 30 complimentary hair services.
What began as a desire to give back is growing into an ongoing mission of service, community, and love.
