Q: What is the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing.




Q: Can I change or edit my order?

We can only make changes to your order if it hasn’t entered the shipping process yet.

If your order status is “Preparing for Shipping,” “Shipped,” or “Delivered,” we are unable to make edits.




Q: How long does shipping take?

Processing usually takes 1–3 business days, and shipping time depends on your location:


  • U.S. orders: 3–7 business days
  • International orders: 7–21 business days
    (Delays may occur due to holidays or carrier issues.)





Q: Do you offer refunds or returns?

Due to the nature of our products (especially handmade, custom, or personal care items), all sales are final.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll work to resolve it.




Q: Do you have a physical store?

Not at this time. We’re currently an online-based brand, but select items may be available locally in Orlando, FL. Feel free to reach out if you’re nearby and want to arrange a local pickup.




Q: Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! If you’re interested in a personalized item (custom hair oil, labels, packaging, etc.), feel free to contact us directly. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Summer Fresh Start Initiative

The Children Are Our Future: Summer Fresh Start Initiative is a faith-based community giveback event dedicated to serving children and families throughout the Orlando community.


On June 14, 2026, volunteer barbers and stylists will provide free haircuts and hairstyles for children ages 5–15. Our goal is to help children feel confident, cared for, and prepared for the future through acts of love, service, and community support.

Registration Information

Registration is currently open for children ages 5–15.


Families interested in receiving services should complete a registration form and submit it before the event date. Registration helps our volunteer team prepare and ensure we can serve as many children as possible.


Please note:


• Registration does not automatically guarantee selection.

• Limited spots are available.

• Families will receive confirmation once registration has been reviewed.

• Children receiving hairstyles are encouraged to arrive shampooed and detangled if possible.
