Q: What is the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing.




Q: Can I change or edit my order?

We can only make changes to your order if it hasn’t entered the shipping process yet.

If your order status is “Preparing for Shipping,” “Shipped,” or “Delivered,” we are unable to make edits.




Q: How long does shipping take?

Processing usually takes 1–3 business days, and shipping time depends on your location:


  • U.S. orders: 3–7 business days
  • International orders: 7–21 business days
    (Delays may occur due to holidays or carrier issues.)





Q: Do you offer refunds or returns?

Due to the nature of our products (especially handmade, custom, or personal care items), all sales are final.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll work to resolve it.




Q: Do you have a physical store?

Not at this time. We’re currently an online-based brand, but select items may be available locally in Orlando, FL. Feel free to reach out if you’re nearby and want to arrange a local pickup.




Q: Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! If you’re interested in a personalized item (custom hair oil, labels, packaging, etc.), feel free to contact us directly. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Back-to-School Success Initiative

Children Are Our Future Initiative

The Back-to-School Success Initiative is a faith-based community giveback event dedicated to helping children begin the new school year with confidence, encouragement, and the resources they need to succeed.

Volunteer barbers, hairstylists, community partners, and supporters come together to provide FREE haircuts, hairstyles, school supplies (while supplies last), community resources, and encouragement for children ages 5–15 throughout the Orlando community.

Our mission is simple:

Registration Information

Registration opens July 20, 2026 for children ages 5–15.

Families interested in receiving free services are encouraged to complete the registration form before the event. Registering early helps our volunteer team prepare and allows us to serve as many children as possible.

Please Note:

  • Registration does not guarantee selection or services.
  • Space is limited and registrations will close once capacity has been reached.
  • Selected families will receive a confirmation email with additional event details.
  • Children receiving hairstyles are encouraged to arrive with clean, shampooed, and detangled hair to help our volunteers serve more children efficiently.
  • Haircuts and hairstyles are provided by licensed volunteer professionals and are offered free of charge.
