⏰ APPOINTMENT AVAILABILITY

iPinkieSurgeries currently operates on a monthly appointment-release schedule to provide clients with organized and updated availability.

✨ Each month’s schedule will be released on the 28th of the previous month once availability is finalized.

Example:
• June appointments release May 28th
• July appointments release June 28th

Available appointment days and times may vary monthly depending on scheduling availability.

✨ Most appointments will typically be available during morning and daytime hours.

✨ Limited extended, evening, and squeeze-in appointments may occasionally become available depending on scheduling.

📅 BOOKING POLICY

• No early booking for future months
• Appointments booked within 24 hours are subject to cancellation due to scheduling conflicts
• $25+ non-refundable deposit required (amount varies by service)
• Deposits are applied toward your final balance

🛠️ SERVICE POLICY
• 15-minute grace period
• $20 late fee after 15 minutes
• 30+ minutes late = automatic cancellation

✨ Shampoo is INCLUDED
(Arrive freshly shampooed & receive $10 OFF your total service)

🔁 RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY
• Reschedule at least 48 hours in advance for deposit transfer
• Same-day reschedule = new deposit required
• Cancellations within 48 hours = deposit forfeited
• Same-day cancellations require full payment upfront for future bookings
• No Call / No Show = automatic booking restriction
• After 3 cancellations, future appointments may be paused until further notice

By booking with iPinkieSurgeries, you agree to all policies listed above.

Deposits are required to reserve your appointment and will automatically apply toward your remaining balance at checkout.
