Q: What is the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing.




Q: Can I change or edit my order?

We can only make changes to your order if it hasn’t entered the shipping process yet.

If your order status is “Preparing for Shipping,” “Shipped,” or “Delivered,” we are unable to make edits.




Q: How long does shipping take?

Processing usually takes 1–3 business days, and shipping time depends on your location:


  • U.S. orders: 3–7 business days
  • International orders: 7–21 business days
    (Delays may occur due to holidays or carrier issues.)





Q: Do you offer refunds or returns?

Due to the nature of our products (especially handmade, custom, or personal care items), all sales are final.

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll work to resolve it.




Q: Do you have a physical store?

Not at this time. We’re currently an online-based brand, but select items may be available locally in Orlando, FL. Feel free to reach out if you’re nearby and want to arrange a local pickup.




Q: Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! If you’re interested in a personalized item (custom hair oil, labels, packaging, etc.), feel free to contact us directly. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
